What we fix
in a driveway
There are no prices here, and that's deliberate. A 2004 Silverado and a 2019 Civic don't cost the same to fix. A website that's never seen your car shouldn't guess at either one. Call, tell us what it's doing, and you'll have a real number before anyone opens the hood.
01Diagnostics & check-engineWe plug in, read the code, then keep looking until we find the part that's actually failing. You get the price for that repair before we start.
02BrakesPads, rotors, calipers, lines and fluid. If the pedal feels soft or the car pulls to one side when you stop, that's this row.
03BatteriesWe test the battery before we sell you one.
04Starters & alternatorsWhen a car won't crank or the battery keeps dying, the starter and the alternator are the two usual suspects. We find out which before ordering a part.
05Oil, fluids & filtersThe usual list: oil, coolant, brake and transmission fluid, air and cabin filters. The old oil leaves in the van with us.
06Tune-ups: plugs & coilsRough idle. A misfire that shows up worst under load. Plugs and coils settle most of them down.
07SuspensionWe change struts, shocks, control arms, bushings and wheel bearings in your driveway, and one of them is usually what clunks over speed bumps.
08Cooling systemOverheating is the one that gets expensive if you wait. We do thermostats, hoses, water pumps, radiators and flushes at the curb.
09Pre-purchase inspectionsTake us with you before you hand over the money. We meet you and the seller at the car and tell you what we'd want fixed first.
10Roadside & jump startsIn a parking lot or on a shoulder, if we can fix it where it sits, we come out and do it.
11Everything elseA few jobs need a lift or a torch. Engine internals, transmission internals, exhaust and tire mounting all belong in a shop, and we say so before anyone drives out. Anything else, call and ask: (360) 747-7594.
